Integrated management system policy

Our Company's activities must be carried out with respect for the People who use our products and services, but also with respect for Ourselves.

The contribution of human resources is fundamental to the continuity and development of our Company.

We are experiencing changes, but many more are to come. Only through a spirit willing to change and a modern outlook can we meet the challenges and achieve the Goals we set for the future.

Change will have to be directed toward the realization of Continuous Improvement in all the activities of Our Company. Information from outside, including complaints and Incidents, must be the yardstick for measuring the quality and safety of our operations and the Satisfaction of our Customers and other stakeholders.

Management is committed to a policy of continuous technological innovation, and the development of our knowledge must allow us to be always aligned with the most modern state of the art of existing technologies and working methodologies, minimizing, where technically possible and economically sustainable, any negative impact of its activities towards the environment and eliminating hazards and reducing risks to Health, Occupational Safety and Information Security.

The complexity of the context that characterizes this particular historical moment and our specific field of professional activity, particularly motivates us to pay the utmost attention to:

  • Implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss or alteration of our and our clients' information.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate information security risks, which are unfortunately, constantly evolving.
  • Restrict access to information to authorized personnel only.
  • Educate employees and contractors on security best practices.

We must always be critical in analyzing our methodologies; we must always be alert to what our competitors are doing. A continuous review of what we do and how we do it will give us continuous improvement in quality, security and organization.

Training of resources is critical to the compliance and safety of our services and to the alignment of skills with new technologies and the market. Training paths will be designed and organized to ensure that everyone has an awareness of what they do and that everyone's activity impacts product compliance and safety and process efficiency.

The organization understands the importance of mandatory training to protect health and safety and is committed to ensuring that it is delivered on time.

Sharing language must be the basis for effective internal communication. Everyone must operate according to the provisions of our Integrated System, respecting duties, authority and responsibilities.

Management therefore summarizes the following principles:

  • Commitment to continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.
  • Commitment to the satisfaction of customer requirements.
  • Commitment to the prevention of accidents, injuries and occupational diseases.
  • Commitment to the reduction of accidents.
  • Commitment to ensuring confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
  • Commitment to compliance with applicable legal requirements for occupational health and safety.
  • Promote training and awareness-raising actions to all employees, systematically verifying their effectiveness.
  • Promote with its suppliers and contractors the policy of OT CONSULTING SRL and the adoption of its system in accordance with the Integrated Management System of OT CONSULTING SRL.
  • Make available the resources necessary to achieve the planned objectives.

These objectives are achievable only through the continuous efforts of the Management, through an analysis of the context and analysis of risks and opportunities of all business processes, improving the performance delivered.

The rules, which we have given ourselves and will give ourselves in the future, are for us the fundamental principles of our corporate life.

The effectiveness of our Integrated Management System will be continuously monitored in various ways.

Annually, management will conduct the review of the IMS to check specific benchmarks.

Audit programs and subsequent inspections are conducted to ensure compliance with benchmark schemes and to ascertain the effectiveness of processes.

Process and control indicators are designed to monitor objectives and targets.

It is our intent to publicize these concepts and to entice and convince everyone around us (suppliers, colleagues, consultants and collaborators) that this is the only way forward, for the safeguarding of our work.

This is Our Policy and to this end we have built and must periodically review and maintain effective, the Integrated Management System that follows the requirements of the international standards UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
